Terms of participation

What Lwasit is
A live introduction show and a private community for adults with a sincere intention of marriage. It is a hosted introduction show, not an app for casual encounters, and it makes no promise about who you will meet or what will follow.
No guarantees
Taking part, gifting or joining the Circle does not guarantee an introduction, a match, a reply or any outcome. Compatibility suggestions are the opinion of a host assisted by software and can be wrong.
Adults only
You must be 18 or older. We may ask for proof before a Circle invitation and we remove anyone who cannot provide it.
Right to refuse
The host and the moderators may decline, postpone or end anyone's participation at any time, without explanation, to protect guests and the room.
Gifts
TikTok gifts are governed by TikTok's terms. On Lwasit they give eligibility and priority in the lineup only. They are not refundable by Lwasit and they never buy a specific person's attention.
Memberships and events
Prices on this site are indicative. No payment is taken here. When paid tiers open they will have their own terms, delivered before you pay.
Your conduct
By taking part you accept the code of conduct on the Rules page. Breaches lead to warnings, removal or a lifetime ban.
Content and clips
Clips of consented moments may be published on Lwasit's channels. You can withdraw consent; we remove the clip within 72 hours.
Liability
Lwasit provides the show as is. To the extent allowed by law, it is not liable for what participants say or do, on air or afterwards.
Law
Moroccan law applies. Consumers in the European Union keep the protections of their own country.
