Who is responsible

Lwasit, represented by its founder Ayoub Hateb, is the data controller. Contact: contact@lwasit.live.

What we collect

From public TikTok Live comments, gifts, likes and joins: your handle, nickname, the text of your comments, gift amounts and timestamps. From what you write about yourself: age, city, situation, children, occupation, intention and partner preferences. From the website forms: TikTok handle, preferred language, country and city, your age declaration, consent to be contacted and any free text you add. We do not collect private messages, phone numbers or photos, and we ask you not to post them.

Why

To run the show: build a profile card, propose compatible introductions, display the card on air with your consent, thank supporters, verify Circle requests, moderate and keep the room safe, and produce clips of consented moments.

Legal bases

Your consent (card shown on air, clips, Circle invitation, contact), our legitimate interest in running and moderating a public live show, and legal obligations. For residents of the European Union the GDPR applies; for Morocco, Law 09-08 on the protection of personal data and the CNDP's guidance.

How long

Raw public comments: 30 days. Profile cards: until you ask for deletion or after 12 months without activity. Waitlist entries: until the request is handled, then 12 months. Identity-check images: deleted immediately after the check. Clips: removed within 72 hours on request.

Who processes data for us

Microsoft Azure (hosting and Azure OpenAI, European Union region) for the matching tools; Discord for the Circle; MailerSend for transactional email; TikTok as the platform where the live takes place, under its own terms. We never sell personal data and we show no advertising pixels.

Your rights

Access, correction, deletion, objection and portability. Write LWASIT STOP in the chat during a show or email contact@lwasit.live; deletion is completed within 72 hours. You may also complain to the CNDP (Morocco) or to your national authority in the EU.

Minors

Lwasit is for adults only. Our tools exclude profiles that appear under 18, the host re-checks before a reveal, and moderators verify age before any Circle invitation. If you believe a minor has appeared, report it and we act immediately.

Security

Data is stored in the EU, encrypted in transit, accessible only to the founder and the moderators under a confidentiality and data-protection clause.
