About
The go-between, now live
Who is behind Lwasit
Lwasit is founded and hosted by Ayoub Hateb, a Moroccan engineer who built the matching tools before the show, and who believes a sincere introduction deserves better than memory and a scrolling chat. Two moderators, one woman and one man, are on every show. A clip editor turns consented moments into the videos you see.
Why the name
In Darija, lwasit is the go-between: the trusted person who arranges introductions between families. We kept the role and moved it to where people already are, with verification, respect and reach.
